A Key holder service, for property access relating to all subscribed services and regarding all repair and maintenance visits.

• Obtaining competitive quotes for any refurbishment work or repairs, supervising repairs and maintenance as instructed by the owners. Contacting household insurance companies in the event that it is required and accompany them into the property also community insurance technicians/workers if it is needed.
• Mail collection.
• We attend community meetings representing the owners in their absence. This is done only with a written instruction from the owner when the notice of the community meeting is received (consult hourly rate).
• Constant feedback to keep owners informed of problems and urgent repairs (obtaining photographs when required).
• Assistance with arranging standing orders on charges such as community fees, gas, electricity, internet, water, local housing tax payments (IBI), rubbish collection charges (Basura) etc.
• If you intend to let friends and family use your property for holidays, you will want them to arrive and be assured that the property will be clean and fresh and perhaps even prepare a welcome hamper with drinks and snacks etc…. Have the reassurance that there is someone they can contact for either advice or help, enabling them to have a relaxed, easy time.
• Weekly property inspections (especially following adverse weather conditions) to minimise any potential damage to the property. These inspections will check on security, state of repair of buildings, fixtures and fittings, furnishings, utility checks on lighting, plumbing, appliances etc., humidity/damp control, control of pests and/or vermin, etc.
